This place is amazing, I moved from that are since 2004 and every one that visits brings me their unique salad dressing. It's the boomb!You should try it, with warm rolls. Just Amazing!

I was there to meet up with a friend and his wife. Ebbey and Jonathan (I think that was their names), was the best waitress and waiter I have ever had! Friendly and fast service with exceptional tasting food. I liked their big noodle chicken noodle soup, yummy on a cold day. Oh, and their buns and salad dressing are Awesome! Highly recommend!! Better yet, don't forget to buy the dressing and put some on a sub sandwich!

My family and I have been coming in to Salutos for many years . Love this place and the owners . Tonight was even better as we had a waitress , ( Carrie ) who was absolutely amazing . She made my father who is elderly feel on top of the world . Even though he asked a ton of questions . She was spectacular . Food was awesome as us always , but Carrie our our experience over the 5 stars .

Family Thanksgiving dinner. Something for everyone. Best salad dressing...ever. the size of the turkey meal- huge.

Noisy. But food was outstanding. Had chicken Saluto, server made me taste the sauce as it's unusual....and I thought just great. Very good food.

Beware of the very very large price increase. I am not sure if it happened a while ago or because of the recent pandemic. I fully understand the current climate - its hard for restaurants which is why I order local. The menu on Google is NO LONGER ACCURATE!!! For example my 3 dishes 1 was 9.49 now 19. 2nd was 10.49 now 21 and 3rd was 13.49 and now 25. Each dish is now 10 more expensive with no change in product - in fact I think the quality was less. We had a boat load of noodles and 2 of us had hardly any sauce. Top it off a gentleman comes out from the kitchen area and his mask is around his neck! Well I hope he was no where near the food considering right now that is a huge issue. I work in the hospitality industry and I always recommend as a local fresh Italian restaurant but sadly I will no longer do so nor will I be returning myself.

I have been here twice, one for a wedding and one for a funeral. The waitresses we very pleasant. The food was simple but both events had a set of limited options. I enjoyed my visits.

Celebrated dinner on ❤️-day, after getting off of work in the evening... loved how we didn't even have to wait to be seated! Our server was very attentive as well as the owner, Bob and his family. This is a warm and inviting environment, great place for a dinner date and authentic italian. I recommend trying the Chicken Alex and the desserts. 🤤

It's okay, but nothing special. The salad looked bland (iceberg, peeled cucumber cubes, diced tomatoes and a single black olives) and the dressing was a bit sweet for me and very heavy on basil. My pasta tasted bland - like they hadn't salted the water. The sauce was unexceptional, it didn't taste fresh - actually it was kind of bland. The rolls were the highlight, they do coat the outside with an oil/seasoning which I kind of found odd. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but nothing compelled me to return.

Love the lounge area and the meat lovers pizza is the best!

Authentic dishes, amazing salad dressing, I have never had a bad dish here my favorite restaurant in Lake County. The servers are always fun, and leave you with a smile on your face. Family friendly.

The food is bland and plastic cups are still used for drinks where the average entree price is $25.This is a mom and pop Italian restaurant that makes me want to root for it and it does a couple things well:1. The salad was good with their homemade dressing.2. The our server was very friendly and attentive.However, our food left something to be desired.1. Our calamari tasted fishy and like it had just been unfrozen 2. I had a shrimp Alfredo. Is was literally a pile of pasta that was coated with a lot of blandish sauce on the top for and about 6 shrimp for $23. Honestly, I felt like I could have created the same dish at home with a 99 cent pasta and a can of sauce.Can’t say I’ll be coming back but I really hope that they are able to turn things around soon.

The only reason they got 4 stars was because of how long it took to get the food. But the food was really good, their salad is on point, and all their pastas are homemade and fresh. The last time I was here (3 years ago) I wasn't very happy with the wait staff but they've turned it around. I will definitely come by more frequently after this recent experience.

Very good sausage pizza. Pasta dishes also very good. Homemade pesto dressing on the salad and minestrone soup is absolutely a must.

Pretty disappointed... the food is just bland. I ordered a gluten free dish and stated it right away, as well. I ordered the gluten free creamy vodka pasta. They put regular bread in the bag with my gluten free order, which confused me. But the pasta had absolutely no flavor. It was very dry- not creamy at all. I was going to call and say something since the dish was $19.99 but by the time I got home, they had closed. I could have easily made this at home with way more sauce and way more flavor. Pretty disappointing as I was really craving for a pasta dish.

We were told to call back at a certain time and did. The person answering the phone was extremely rude and said call back later. We wont be calling back later or ever.

Tried it for the first time. Staff was polite and friendly, Salad was really good but the meat sauce was kinda meh. Felt it was bland and the meat and meatball combo over powered the sauce and all I could taste was the meat. Wife’s dish was Ravioli and olive oil with garlic. Admittedly it did say that on the menu but it was super bland and had very little flavor, only real flavor was oil! For the price point they gave me paper napkins and a plastic cup for water. Just because I didn’t want a soda I get a plastic cup?? Can’t say I will be going again.

Family friendly place, pleasant stuff and kids are enjoying their time here.

Salutos is my go to Restaurant! I have been eating here for 28 years. I started with just their cucumbers. Then couldn't stop eatting their salad. Now I'm obsessed with their Artichoke Fondue and Fettuccine Alfredo!!! Mmmmmmm!!! We usually eat at the bar because Josh makes the best Lemon Drop Shots in the world! I haven't found anyone who makes them better!!! When I get a new job, want to celebrate, or want to be around good people I go here!

This restaurant was recommended to us by the antique mall on the other side of the freeway. WOW. loved it! Our waitress Jeannie,was fabulous!! Ask for her. The salad dressing and rolls are to die for. Pasta and sauces were fabulous. You can try samples before you choose. We even got covers to take our sodas with us.

Dined alone due to work. Salutos did NOT disappoint. Waitress allowed me to order a lunch portion (at dinner) since I could not take leftovers. One of the best pasta/shrimp dishes I have ever eaten. And the salad/dressing was phenomenal. Very friendly staff. Easy access. Clean restaurant. Highly recommend.

Consistent food. Great soup and salad. Went back recently dropped to 3 stars from 4 due to poor service. Waited 30 minutes to order appetizers. Didn't even get bread.

The rolls and salad are amazing! The food is hearty and delicious. The only thing better is the service! Every visit we have had the kindest, most attentive wait staff. We rushed in 20 minutes before closing, we called ahead to be sure it was okay. We were prepared to order and eat quickly so the staff could close. Our server told us to relax and enjoy, we weren't keeping her. Bless her! We are not often in the area, but when we are we have and will continue to make a point to stop here.

The veal parm is outstanding! Chicken Marsala is fantastic also!

Lighting is odd, they offer flashlights to view the menu. Sauces taste like ragu and my dish was quite obviously hiding under a heat lamp cooking my spinach topping to a crisp. Calamari was worse than rubber, fondue tasted artificial and everything is frozen. Chicken Alfredo should not cost $30 even if it's "primavera". If a menu has frozen pizza on it RUN!!!!!

This spot gives excellent service as well as enjoyable menu. The best restaurant around here. The drinks and food served fast and the prices were fair. I recommend this place.

Just ate there this afternoon, and the service and food where fantastic. I do not understand how the parking lot wasn’t packed at this place. Our server was amazing, and the large group I dined with each and every one of us enjoyed the food immensely. I had a mushroom ravioli that I wish I had for days to come to eat it was so good. And the cheese cake for dessert, which was light and wiped, so delicious. Wish I lived closer to dine here more often.
